Shipping

• In-stock orders ship within 5 business days. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.
• We ship within the United States. Shipping cost and delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay.
• If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will email you with a new date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.
• Every order arrives in the signature CESTELI blue box.

All sales are final

Because each piece is fine jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or style.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email bel@belkiscruz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair it, replace it or refund you, including shipping.
