Privacy Policy

CESTELI (“we,” “us”) sells fine jewelry at cesteli.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you buy. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
• Email list: the email address you give us when you join our list.
• Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
• Technical data: cookies needed to run the cart and checkout, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, and to send order and shipping updates.
• To send marketing emails if you joined our list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that limit their use of it: our payment processor (Stripe), web host, shipping carriers and email provider. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing further you need to do to opt out, but you may still contact us to confirm.

To make a request, email bel@belkiscruz.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the cart, checkout, login and security. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and give you a way to choose.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We use encryption (HTTPS) and reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
