These terms apply to your use of cesteli.com and any purchase from CESTELI. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our jewelry

Gold pieces are described by karat exactly as marked (10K or 14K gold). Lab-grown diamonds and lab-created gemstones are always identified as lab-grown or lab-created. Stone weights are approximate and stated as total carat weight (ctw). Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and product photographs are styled images of the piece.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns and final sale

All sales are final, except items that arrive damaged or defective, as described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the CESTELI name, designs, photographs and text, belongs to CESTELI and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
